Wedding! Friends! Vampire!

Today, like yesterday, was passed in the medical room. Oh man I hate it there. The nurses constatly poke and prod at me and I even get bathed regularly, although being able to eat and sleep again is good. I dread what will happen when the queen finally has time to deal with me though.

I did manage to sneak out once to attend a wedding, Anika decided to marry someone and I wanted to pop in. Turns out it was Elija, the former Black Watch commander from home. At the wedding I met Alana, who it turns out is one of Xavier's younger daughters. She told me that Grace died recently and that cast kind of a darkness over things, though I was happy to meet someone from back home.

She helped me back to the med room after scolding me for leaving and then a vampire popped up from the future. I dont know what it is about vampires from the future but they just love me. She wants to ressurect the evil one who created her breed so I'll likely have to chat with her when I'm well.

She got me pretty worked up but Alana was there and as soon as the vampiress left she nad I both fell asleep. All in all I guess it was a good day. Alana seems like a really interesting person despite not being learned in matters of magic. I'm always glad when fate allows me to teach someone about the wonders of Mystra.
