In loving memory

My mother... Foxxy died recently. Just this week... Athena won't tell me whats happened... I don't want to talk about this really. I don't have to since this is my diary and all...

Imoen and Velrik are supposed to be pretty shaken up about it. I havnt seen them since I was little. I sent a messanger to them asking them to come see me cuz I know Velrik blames himself. In a way I do as well.

It gets so lonely in Maerimydra. Mes has been the only one who really talked to me since it happened though Viconia appeared briefly. Viconia is a friend of Velrik and Imoen's I kind of know.

Eventually I got tired of moping around and went to dragonshire. It just gets so lonely in Maerimydra. I guess really its lonely wherever I go. I wanna go home and sit beside Nic. My friends all come to visit me, except for Velrik Imoen and Nic, but it seems like such a bother when they come and I hate to inconvenience people and its never quite the same...

Anyhow I went to Dragonshire and saw Carey. She said she'd like to adopt me because thats what my mom would have wanted... And worse yet Mes also wants to adopt me and I feel like Mes is kinda like my mother but Carey's always looked after me... In any event though I'll always remember my mom, and I don't mean Alex either...

Alexzandria kind of disappeared after months of saying she was leaving me she just decided to do it... I guess you really cant trust someone who buys you from your sister and then claims to love you...

Well anyhow I talked to Mes and Carey and I dunno what to do theres just too much going on. I have the worst luck with parents and it hurts so much that the people I most want to confide in aren't around. I wonder what my father would think if he was still around.

I keep getting off subject, I cant make sense of any of this it just hurts too much. I want to go home, and I want my mom to be alive again. But I'll try to keep going and make sense of things.

I'll try to get in touch with Velrik and Imoen. I miss them a lot and I dont want either of them to be sad. I keep remembering how much fun we had together before they left but I know none of whats happened is because they left and I just want to let them know that and more than anything to be with my friends again.

I need to get to sleep, I'll write more later maybe.

Fixing Kira

Well I woke up today and looked around my tower and I saw Raethis and Kira and we all got to talking and then Cinder came up and so did Kira's elven friend. We decided to life a curse that had been placed on Kira but Raethis had to help and she couldnt make it work in my tower so we went to her house and now Kira is better.

I talked to Raethis and she agreed to look after Ariel a bit and be her friend and make sure she's ok and do girl stuff with her that I cant do. I felt Imoen near for a moment I thought but it might have just been me being crazy.

After that Raethis showed me around her house and we all had dinner and then one by one we went to bed. All in all a pretty nice day.

Cookies are good, yup yup

Wow what a great day! Ariel finally came back and well she was a wreck. She begged me to make her forget all the horrible things that have happened to her (her parents disowned her because she was in love with Siegfred. We faked her death and she ran off with him but then he turned into a demon) I couldnt stand to see her hurt so I relented. Now shes the same beautiful girl she was and just as vibrant and wonderful.

I saw Mes and pounced on her but some friend of hers came and she ignored me after that so I didnt get a chance to introduce her to Ari. Me and Ariel sat and talked for a while and couldnt stop hugging eachother until she went to take a nap and I left to visit Dragonshire. I hung out with the queen and her friends and I've become very well liked there. The queen even had some tea made for me when I pigged out on her cookies. Its a well known fact that eating too many cookies gives me a stomach ache so it was nice of her to have the tea ready and all.

After that I went back to Maerimydra and Mes was still there so I pounced on her again and yelled at her for ignoring me earlier but she was really nice so I decided it was ok. She decided she wanted me to be little again for a while and used her powers to turn me into a half kitten half kid creature. Of course this was for a reason. She got me to help her rob a bakery of some pastries and then we sat down to eat. It wasnt very nice but I'll pay for them tomorrow. It was fun though.

We went to a clearing by the lake and ate to our hearts content. Little did I know that cat people spend a lot of time napping especially after they eat. Mes is tricky like that!

A battle with the orcs

I traveled to a distant kingdom yesterday at the urging of Erdrick. I found their forces outside their walls battling a horde of orcs. It took me quite a while to get the army organized and I still don't know who was supposed to be in command. Erdrick and I brought down a troll and then the orcs fled. They made an organized retreat into the forest to reform and I called the men back to the castle.

I find it foolish that so many died because they ventured outside the walls but more of the same was yet to come. The queen herself had managed to go outside amid the retreat. Two of her knights went out after her but the orcs sounded their advance. I remembered hearing a percussive beat from the forests and knew what it meant.

I yelled a brief communication to the four or so people oujtside the walls (another woman had appeared from somewhere) and then ordered the gates closed, trusting to them to avoid the coming onslaught while i protected the castle. We manned the walls and as I'd predicted the orcs came back with a battering ram.

On my orders we opened the doors just as they were about to break through and let them into a trap. The courtyard was filled with dead orcs and then we charged out and assailed their archers. Of those who attacked very few escaped. So after a good rest I intend to learn the names of the people who helped me save this kingdom, and the name of the kingdom itself. Amid all the hurry I didnt have time to ask...

In which I unvampirify Althea

Today I got together some dragons blood I'd stored and I went out to the red ribbon to wait for Althea. She showed up after a while and I gave it to her. She fell to the floor and it looked like she was dying but after a while her body started to warm and I held her hand as she returned to the living. All in all it was a pretty impressive experience.

Kane heard her screams of pain before the transformation had finished and came to see what was up. We talked for a while and as usual he didnt have any information about Arric but he did buy drinks for us all considering it was Althea's rebirth day and we were all in a good mood. I just had a chocolate milk and then sat down to talk with some friends until the night was over.

A great reunion

Today I was just kinda hanging around the inn and restaurant in Maerimydra when all of a sudden Raethis Darkfyre showed up. She used to look after me when I was little and she always bugged me a lot. I pounced on her and hugged her tightly and then Mera came by and we were all so happy to see eachother. I felt terrible having to tell Mera that I couldnt find Arric but she took it incredibly well and I promised I'd locate him. All in all things are going pretty ok.

Buggin my sister

I saw Athena today andwe talked for a while and I found out what mom's been up to back home. I really miss home sometimes but Maerimydra is kinda nice I suppose... I also went by Caernarfon and bugged the queen for a while as we tried to learn about the ruins we investigated last time. She scolded me because Anvar dosnt like me anymore but she wasnt too mean. All in all a pretty good day.

The adventure with the stones

I'm still hanging around Caernarfon and things just keep getting more and more interesting. I met my friend Aliyah and we talked for a long while and I found out she was scared to go into the forests because of the wolves, but I made her a special pendant that would keep the wolves from harming her so she wouldnt be afraid anymore.

After this I saw Anvar, the fellow the queen asked to look after me. He was kind of grumpy but I also got to see Elric again. The two of them started speaking in drow and I had to use a know language spell to understand them. They were talking about ditching me to go on a quest. The nerve! Well I stormed off and went to the castle to hang out for a while and then heard a rather loud draconic roar and went out to investigate.

It turned out it was a large orange dragon and I must have stumbled on her at the wrong time because she got really mad. It turned out it was Morgause, the queen, and she told me we were going to investigate some odd stones in a nearby clearing. She used some sort of draconic fear aura to make me do what she said and then the rocks came to life and it was kind of a miserable rainy night and we didnt learn anything about the area so she just dispelled the magic that allowed the rocks to move.

Things got interesting when Erdrick appeared though and I told him about Sasha. It turns out he is the father of her child and he seemed shocked at first but then he was really happy so I'm glad for him. He was a little worried that being a wanderer he'd be a bad dad but I tried to reassure him. After that I shifted to my red dragon form and showed off to the queen and my friend Phoebus and thats about all.

Visiting in Caernarfon

I traveled to Caernarfon castle today and it seems really neat. I met the queen Morgause and a lord of hers. She's going to teach me about my draconic side because she's decided I'm still a kid and I need guidance, especially on that issue.She tried to give me to the elven lord to take care of but I think I scared him off with stories about what I did to Carey.

Normally I'd kinda scamper off at the thought of having to be someones apprentice but Morgause seems really nice so I decided to stick around and see what happens.

The bard

I don't know his name. I don't really remember what he looked like exactly. A lute. Long elven ears. A very interesting outfit. Very austentacius. He was a bard, a lore weaver some might call them. I see very few of them but I stopped to talk with him. He told me many things. The saddest of which was that his kind aree fewer every day and soon their singing will go out of the world like fire out of a hearth. And the smoke will be nothing to remind people of its goodness. And then he turned and left, and I offered him coin for his story but he'd not take it. And I watched him go...

Many mysteries

I met a great many people today, including seeing the man I met in the red ribbon last time once more. I was sitting around drinking my cocoa like usual and I finally got to talk to him. I used telekinesis to nudge back his hood and discovered he was drow and so after a few minutes of him being mad we got to talking.

He said that he was sent up from the underdark to get spell components and such and I offered to help him in return for information which he wasnt willing to give easily. Then another person came in, a very quiet woman whos name I never got but she seemed troubled by the fact that I was a wizard and it made me feel kind of bad. I hate seeing what a bad effect magic can have on peoples lives and one day I want to make those people better.

Well she got uncomfortable and left but then things got weirder when some sort of thing came in. I'm not sure what it was or if it was male or female but everyone seemed to fear it. I know that whatever it was it meddles in the flow of life and I do not like this thing...

It soon disappeared and left my friend and I puzzled but better company was forthcoming. Sasha, popped in- she looked after me while I was small and shes friends with Arric as well. She's pregnant and was looking for him to tell him so but I cant find him anywhere. It sounds silly considering but I'm starting to worry about him...

Anyhow I was real happy for Sasha even though the drow was mad that she came over and he got all quiet. Then an elf named Elric appeared and he seemed very nice. He's a ranger and I knew I'd like him immediately. He had a good handshake and was just a generally good person and even offered to come on a quest with me. All in all a pretty nice day.

Maerimydra

Well I went out exploring and heard of a rich trade city with a dark secret. I slipped inside and met the lord, Kane Volkarion, at a local inn I'm staying at. So far there dosnt seem to be anything too odd about the place except that it's excessively shiney and rich- grounds for suspicion!

Visiting London

The outset of the quest was postponed due to an attack on the kingdom and we were all sent home, so that's where I am now. I woke up today and went to play with Mes. Cinder was by too but he didn't talk much so I just ended up sitting with Mes while she ate her breakfast. She got me to try eating raw meat today and it was kinda gross but I ate it just to make her feel nice and impress her and stuff and then I went out to search for some adventure.

I managed to find my way through a time warp I or someone else created to London of 2005. It was really noisy as are all future cities so I went into the forest and there I met a very strange naked woman named Zero. She was kinda odd and got mad at me for not gawking at her and she even nearly drew her sword before another woman popped in whos name was Foxxy and she was a little nicer. We eventually got along and I found out they're both some odd kind of vampire and I hope to learn more about both of them.

A quest!

Today I went to Pantheon to visit my old shapeshifter friend Misty but shes not a shapeshifter anymore because she died and became a goddess but shes s till really nice and we had some time to play catch up before i had to go. Althea and I were summoned recently to a far away kingdom with news of a dragon attack and other such inconveniences.We met a rather crude man there and he attacked some of the kings guards and it nearly turned into a tremendous scuffle. I did what I could to stop it and finally things settled down but one of the guards died despite my best efforts. After this the king revealed to us that this mad man was to accompany us in a journey to save the kingdom from dragons. I'm going to need a lot of patience...

Mes meets Willow

I saw Mes and Naoki today and we talked for a while and Mes was being really nice and then Willow came in and Mes and her started to get along almost immediately. Mes asked WEillow if she could become her servant and Willow said yes. Willow started a ritual to bond Mes to her and it went well, despite that I almost zapped her for claiming I was her slave. Anyhow by the time it was finished we were all ttired and I went to bed.
