I know I've neglected to write in my diary lately, but I doubt the realms will be worse off for not having a better record of hte past weeks. Most of my time has been spent in the quiet comfort of my tower keeping Alais company.

I can't fathom what she must be going through. A spirit as adventuresom as my own suddenly chained to a bed by pregnancy. But she's taking it well and I'm offering all the comfort I can.

She hasn't been completely idle either. She drew up plans for her own house in the underdark while she's been all slow and bedridden. Naturally I was put in charge of building it. I tried to offer her the home I built there but she wanted a new one, saying she wouldnt accept mine. We'll see about that!

I began rearranging and casting illusion spells on my home in the underdark. With any luck I'll be able to fool her into thinking that I've built an entirely new residence. It's a bit of intrigue and I'm having fun with it, though the stakes aren't as high as usual but that's a moot point. I'd rather deal with a legion of orcs than an angry older sister.

Drow stuff

So Jules tried to kill Sabe recently although I saved him. She was acting all nice towards him and that made me suspicious. I tried to warn him but he ignored me, so I started to rehearse my cure poison spells. I suspected she'd use something the drow call the spider's kiss so I geared my spells to that and it turns out I was right.

I left Sabe in the med rooms and searched for Jules, ransacking her room for the poison. Since I couldnt find her I just had my rangers start searching for her and also told the castle guards to do the same. Diedre appeared amid the commotion and had to endorse my orders. I can't even imagine how hard that was for her.

After that I spent most of the night with Alais and Mar. Alais has been getting all strict and yelling ish cuz shes preggnant. She even ordered me not to go to Ched Nasad anymore! And what's worse she was doing that thing where I can't say no to her so I had to agree.

Ali's been missing her husband, which is no surprise to me. Thay is an adventurer like me and people like that just shouldnt get married and have kids, it only leads to pain for the wife and children. I'm going to try to keep Ali company til he gets back though.

Marquie on the other hand is a perfect angel as ever though I am kind of worried about her moving out and going on her own and all that. I'd jhate to lose her so soon after we just found eachother. She seems happy as well though and that's what really counts.

a parting

Today I saw Ali and talked to her a bit. I guess its not even remarkable that I saw her since she lives with me and all. She was carving a dragon figurine for Rosa and I told her that I could show her how to turn it into a mold and make it a gold figurine which might be neat.

She liked the idea and I think Rosa will too. After that she told me she wants to go on a quest and stuff to find out who she is and show that she can be independente. Honestly I'm really proud of her nad I told her to just be sure to help anyone she can and be good. She's doing so well lately. I left her and headed down to the underdark on business I shall not discuss here.

When I was on the way back I saw Ali. I nearly attacked because she cauight me by surprise but I recognized her. She yelled at me for running around the underdark and all that and then we headed up to the surface through a portal she'd found. After that we were off to the main hall. I made her something to eat and she said she'd come to babysit me. I joked that she wasnt a good babysitter considering how easily I got away from her.

I think she took it the wrong way cuz she xseemed in a pretty bvad mood when Gia showed up. Gia made some veiled insults at her but Ali just kept putting them ushrooms I cooked for her in her mouth so she wouldnt reply. Gia can bne so mean to her!

Abnyhow fianlyl I had an idera and aked Ali to go find something on Norno's saddle which everyone knows odsnt exist. She slipped out of the hall never speaking to Gia and then Gia and I talked. . She said the house I investigated in Ched Nasad never existed which means Navere destroyed them.

I guess I should feel guilty but then again they tried to kill Gia and if it hadnt been then it would have been Navere -- not good! i'M JUST SAD i DIDNt get to help. I definately will join in next time and try to save the non combatants of the other house. Valkryn is supposed to be around again soon too, that shouldmake things interesting.

I had some trouble with Jelia Jules treating Sabe like dirt and finally I yelled at him and told him to forget the girl he loved and I nearly killed Jelia for smirking at his pain. Damn do I hate her... Stupid drow. One of her friends yelled at me but I'm used to that./ Sabe, well he didnt seem to listen. I guess thats love for you. I hope he'll be ok.
