another happy customer

Ali and I studied a bit more today and she stayed up all night to take down notes on what Bardic spells had arcane equivalents so we'd know how much we had to do. We also agreed to have a casting contest. I havnt had one of those since mom died...

After Ali left I went and hung out with R and Amanda. Amanda's been kind of shook up which is understandable considering she almost died and R and I both tried to help her out.

I got into it with R though because of how strong our bond is getting and how much of a threat its becoming to my vows to Mystra. I'm scared of losing control and falling in love with her, and every day seems to bring me closer. But the odd thing is that a selfish silly part of me actually wants it.

After R and Amanda headed to bed I messed around with the fountain at her church that makes the water I'm always drinking and then headed off to Navere. I'd been meaning to tell Gia about what I did for a while and now I finally had the chance.

Though I normally wear simple clean clothes to Navere this time I wasn't afraid of being captured or shot at so I kept my robes and stuff on and rode up to the gatres on my stolen lizard. Gia and Valkryn were both around and they didnt seem to surprised at my presence, I guess they're getting used to me.

I told them about the adventure in the underdark and Gia was really pleased with me. It felt good to have finally vindicated myself before her, but in addition to that she said Alais could come back to Navere so I was really happy. Valkryn and I argued a bit about Siona, but I don't think he understands just how it is with me and her and Marquie. After that I headed back out to find Ali and tell her.
